General technology and computing support within the RAD Lab is provided by RAD Lab Support

• radlab-support@cs.berkeley.edu is an email interface to a ticketing system which helps us keep track of work (and how far behind we are).
• Jon is the primary point of contact within the RAD Lab, and is backed up by Jeff and Kostadin (aka, Par Lab Support)
• You can ask RAD Lab Support things in person, but prepared to follow up with a short email to radlab-support@cs.berkeley.edu

Things that RAD Lab Support supports or helps with in the RAD Lab

• End-user support/troubleshooting of desktop/laptop systems
• A/V in the RAD Lab
• Non-research specific licensed software not available via Departmental or Campus agreements [EECS Login Required]
• Help interfacing with and using Departmental and Campus Computing Resources
• Printer support
• Fax Machines, Scanners, and info on Photocopying
• Specification/purchase of computing equipment

Research-specific support for different research groups that are in the RAD Lab is as follows:
